How long does it take to process my order?
We typically process orders within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We move quick — but we’re still a small brand.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at info@barefootandbareback.com and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Will I get tracking?
Yes — you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Why is my order delayed?
Once your package is with the carrier, delays can happen due to weather or high volume periods. We don’t have control over that, but we’re always here to help if something looks off.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@barefootandbareback.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you the next steps.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Are any items final sale?
Yes — any items marked “final sale” or discounted are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

What if I received the wrong item or something damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How do your hats fit?
Our hats are designed with a standard adjustable fit.

How does your apparel fit?
Our apparel fits true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
